In the top right corner, type your name in the box and click Set Name. This is how the group will see you on the casting board. You only need to do this once per device.

Under each meeting day (Tuesday / Friday) you'll see an Available panel. Click + Available to let writers know you're free to be cast that day. Your name will appear as a green chip. Click it again to remove yourself.

Once a writer posts a script, you'll see the characters listed below it. Click any role that says Claim to take it — it will turn green with your name. Click it again to unclaim. You can only claim roles when your name is set.

If the writer attached a PDF, you'll see a 📄 Read Script button next to the script title. Click it to open the script in your browser and read ahead of the session.

At the bottom of the page is a Cast Summary showing the complete lineup for both meetings. Claimed roles appear in white, unclaimed roles in red. This is the at-a-glance view for the whole week.

Click + Post a Script under the Tuesday or Friday column for the week you want. Fill in your script title and your name, then add your characters — each one gets a name, an optional description, and an optional pre-assignment.

In the Post a Script form, click the PDF upload area to attach your script. Members will see a 📄 Read Script button and can read it before the session. Keep your PDF under 10MB.

In the character list, the third column says Assign to… — type a member's name there to pre-cast them before posting. You can also assign roles after posting by clicking the ✏ pencil button next to any character.

Once members mark themselves available, their names appear as chips under the meeting header. Click any chip to see a dropdown of all open roles — click a role to assign that person instantly.

Click ▲ Hide roles / ▼ Show roles to collapse or expand your character list. Click the ✕ button in the top right of your script card to remove it from the board entirely.
